Charity Work
From a very young age, Jill was encouraged by her Mum to raise money for charity. It started at the age of six with singing Christmas carols to the neighbours in aid of The Mayor’s Appeal.
Since then, she has performed in and directed numerous concerts and shows throughout the UK, raising money for MNDA, Macmillan, Florence Nightingale Hospice, ScanAppeal , Lindengate and many other charities and worthy causes.

In April 2025 Jill was host and Musical Director for an incredible charity concert, 'Sing Out for Mental Health', at the Aylesbury Waterside Theatre.
The ground-breaking evening of music and song, raised awareness of the impact of singing on mental health. Her two community choirs (comprising of over 200 singers) came together, raised the roof as well as an incredible £22,000 which was split between mental health charities Mind, Lindengate and Space Aylesbury.
